Austin Oyster Co. was founded in 2020 with a simple goal: bring East Coast tradition together with Southern hospitality. Since then, we've shucked hundreds of thousands of oysters, launched our own farm on the coast of Maine, and built a reputation for doing things the right way.

This Spring, we've opening our flagship, full service restaurant. We're looking for hospitality professionals who are detail driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
