We are looking for driven, energetic and reliable people to add to our team. We are a new restaurant in Windsor Park, Austin seeking great people to help us soar to new heights.

We are a scratch kitchen with a fun-loving, tenacious crew. Our team is always learning and growing. Lots of upward mobility. We put out exceptional food and have a great time doing it. If you are a serious professional that makes work fun, we would love to hear from you.

- Prior experience as a pizza cook is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to quality.

- Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.

-Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve the perfect pizza every time.

-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

-Strong teamwork and communication skills.

-Dough making experience is a huge plus.

-Ability to complete a prep list with a variety of recipes efficiently and in a timely manner.

About the Role:

• Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional techniques and quality ingredients
  

• Manage pizza ovens and maintain consistent cooking temperatures
  

• Ensure each pizza meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and quality
  

• Work efficiently during peak service times while maintaining attention to detail
  

• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent guest experiences
  

• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
