Pinthouse is a craft brewpub founded in 2012 by a small group of friends with a shared passion for beer, pizza, and community. What started as a single neighborhood spot on Burnet Road has grown into a family of four locations across Austin, one in San Antonio, with more on the horizon.

We believe in doing things the right way. That means making everything in-house, by hand, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and care behind every pint and every plate. Responsibilities

• Have a passion for Sourdough, Pizza Dough, Other Breads and desserts
  
• Follow recipes 100% of the time (shaping, proofing, baking, cooling, cutting)
  
• Proficient in ability to use, clean and store professional kitchen equipment
  

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
  
• Food Handler s Certification
  
• 2+ Years Experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook or similar role
  
• Certification or Degree from Culinary School (Preferred)
