BOH Staff / Dishwasher $18-$21/hr PLUS TIPS!

The Dishwasher/Kitchen Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized kitchen while supporting both the bar and kitchen teams. This role goes beyond washing dishes you'll also assist line cooks with basic food preparation and help ensure efficient service during busy shifts.

Qualified applicants will have:

Weekend availability is a requirement. Schedule will be 3-4 days depending on position. We will always strive to give you a set schedule. Hours of operation are:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment
  
• Keep dish station clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
  
• Empty trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
  
• Sweep, mop, and assist with end-of-night deep cleaning
  
• Put away deliveries and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
  
• Assist line cooks with basic food preparation, including:
  
  • Washing and cutting produce
    
  • Portioning ingredients
    
  • Preparing garnishes
    
  • Making simple sauces or dressings
    
  • Restocking prep stations
    
• Refill ice, towels, and cleaning supplies as needed
  
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in accordance with health department standards
  
• Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned during service
