Line Cook

Oakwood is looking for experienced, dependable line cooks to join our opening culinary team.

We're building a scratch-focused kitchen and looking for cooks who take pride in their work, stay organized, communicate well, and can handle a busy service without sacrificing quality.

What we're looking for:

• Previous line cook experience preferred
  

• Strong knife skills and basic cooking fundamentals
  

• Ability to work cleanly, organized, and efficiently
  

• Reliable and punctual
  

• Comfortable working as part of a team
  

• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent portions and presentation
  

• Availability for mornings, nights, and weekends as needed
  

We re building this kitchen and team from the ground up, so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in early, learn the menu, and become an important part of the operation.
