Experienced Server

Brasserie 19 in River Oaks is in search of experienced servers with prior wine knowledge. Previous experience with French cuisine & upscale dining is a plus. You must be motivated & have the ability to excel in a fast paced, high-volume environment. Must be able to exude exceptional hospitality skills at all times. Full & Part-Time positions available.

Ability to deliver outstanding service in a fine-dining atmosphere

Working knowledge of all menu items, ingredients & preparations

Knowledge of extensive wine list & cocktail menu selections

Ability to recognize regular guests

Work well in a fast paced environment

Ability to multi-task under pressure
