General Manager

The general manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including daily operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, staffing, training, and maintaining the highest standards.

We are full-service restaurant known for elevated dining and craft cocktails with a distinctive atmosphere. We are in search of a strong leader who understands that running a successful restaurant requires much more than just managing a shift, it requires developing people, creating an exceptional guest experience, controlling costs and evolving so that the business continues to grow.

The ideal candidate has significant management experience in high-volume, full-service dining and bar environment. There will be measurable expectation such as labor-cost management, sales growth, staff retention, and inventory/COGS control.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
