The Belmont is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and genuinely hospitable Lead Host to help set the tone for every guest who walks through our doors.

At The Belmont, the host stand isn t just where guests check in. It s where the experience begins.

We re looking for someone who loves people, brings great energy to work, remembers faces and names, and understands that the smallest details can turn a good dinner into a memorable night.

What You ll Do

* Greet every guest with warmth, confidence, and energy.

* Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere from the moment someone walks through the door.

* Learn our regular guests their names, favorite tables, preferences, celebrations, and the little things that make them feel recognized.

* Take ownership of the reservation book, waitlist, table assignments, and overall flow of the dining room.

* Work closely with management and servers to keep seating organized and service running smoothly.

* Recognize VIPs, regulars, first-time guests, birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions and communicate those details to the team.

* Look for opportunities to go beyond what s expected for our guests.

* Handle busy nights, changing reservations, and guest concerns calmly and professionally.

* Help train and lead the host team while setting the standard for appearance, attitude, urgency, and hospitality.

* Keep the entrance, host stand, and guest-facing areas organized and presentation-ready.

* Answer phones and reservation inquiries with the same warmth and professionalism guests receive in person.
