Kitchen Manager

We are a fast casual restaurant with a need for an experienced individual with +/- 10 years of experience. We have operated in Portland for 10 years and value the human resource as the most important resource in our organization.

Expect high volume in a scratch made kitchen. This is an operations focused role in the kitchen that will include staff management, schedule making and food quality assurance. Expect support from the Chef, Owner and General manager. Expect to earn the respect from staff who have been with us for years by adhering to production recipes and adding to our success with your suggestions and ideas of how to increase efficiency while bolstering the high level of hospitality that we are known for.
