Assistant General Manager

Key Details:

• Full time - 40-45 hrs/week. A typical week will include a minimum of 4 services. Some weeks might include a 5th service or admin day depending on business needs.. Night time and weekend availability required.
  

• Salary: 65k-72k, dependent on experience.
  

• Summary: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and representing ownership to guests and staff. This position ensures ongoing productivity and service at the restaurant as well as guest satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager must be flexible and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities based on the day s activities.
  

• Responsibilities may include: scheduling, ordering, hiring and staffing, maintaining service and cleanliness standards, cocktail development, and other tasks relating to day-to-day operations.

Who You Are:

A hospitality professional with a range of experience in busy bars and/or restaurants, and at least 1 year of management experience. Bar experience is a plus! Someone who loves to learn, problem-solve, collaborate, hustle, and take pride in their work.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Experience with some or all of the following: GSuite, 7shifts, Toast, InDesign, OpenTable
  

• 3+ years of bar or restaurant experience
  

• 1+ years of management experience
  

• Professional and thorough communication skills
  

• Ability to coach and lead others
  

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  

• Detail-oriented
  

• Self-directed and able to perform tasks at a high level without direct day-to-day oversight
  

• Basic math skills
