Brunch Bartender Citizen Collective (Lower Queen Anne in Seattle, WA)

Citizen Collective is an eclectic cafe, bar, beverage garden and event space right at the base of Queen Anne Hill, featuring a robust brunch program and a busy dinner / late night program that reflects the energetic & vibrant community around it. We're looking for an enthusiastic Brunch Bartender who is passionate about pouring brunch cocktails, owning their space, and creating an exceptional guest experience. This is an opportunity to oversee and host an entire brunch service, work together with a talented team, and continue to grow with the company and add elements that make the brunch program even more successful.

What You'll Do

Lead the Guest Experience

  • Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for customers and staff

  • Lead by example on the floor and maintain high hospitality standards

  • Help create a culture that keeps customers coming back

Host the brunch program

  • Oversee the campfire beverage garden

  • Greet guests as they arrive

  • Coordinate large groups and parties

  • Work with team members to efficiently run food and drinks


We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • A positive attitude, great work ethic, and willingness to learn

  • Weekend availability, along with holidays and special events

  • Experience working in bars, taprooms, restaurants, or beverage-focused hospitality

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly

  • A sense of urgency and cleanliness

  • Barista experience is a huge plus!

Schedule

This is a part-time bartending role that could easily grow into a full-time role with picking up shifts. Your schedule would be Friday through Sunday mornings / afternoons. There is an opportunity for a Saturday PM bartending shift as well, so the potential of 25-30 hours between 3 days, for a candidate who is looking for maximum hours. We have a set schedule, promote from within, and like to reward employees with the schedules and hours that they want. We encourage staff to pick-up shifts at our other locations, which provides additional opportunities for hours.
