Palace Kitchen has served sultry and witty American fare for 30 years. Drinks from the giant horseshoe bar or a private affair in the Chanterelle room keep the place buzzing.

We're seeking experienced cooks with a passion for food and drink to join the team of one of Seattle's most beloved restaurants! Successful candidates will be available Wednesday through Saturday, 2 p.m. to midnight shifts.

We are passionate about food and beverage, highly personable, and detail oriented. Successful candidates will love people and great food! We are looking for team players who have cooking experience in full-service concepts and are excited to work in a team-centric environment to create memorable guest experiences and have fun while doing it. • $21.30 to $23.00 per hour
  
• Eligible for the tip pool. While customer dependent, the average has been $11+ per hour for the last 6 months

• Minimum 1 year cooking experience in a full-service restaurant.
  
• Looking to contribute to a fun and compassionate team environment.
  
• Loves good food and working with people.
  
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  
• Has or is willing to obtain Washington State Food Card
  
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods of time to perform normal job functions in a restaurant environment
  
• Ability to lift and transport up to 35 pounds.
