Sea Creatures is looking for a GM for it's reimagined acclaimed steak house, Jeffry's, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle!

This is a Full time, salary exempt position.

• Pay range for the position: $92.000 to $97.000
  
• Bonus potential based on healthy financial metrics specific to the location.
  

Job Outline:

• Maintain the service, hospitality, and management philosophy created by Sea Creatures.
  
• Planning, directing, and overseeing all restaurant operations in an organized, effective, timely manner with self-composure and grace in a seasonally high volume concept.
  
• Achieve and maintain positive restaurant performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
  
• Managing staff, FOH scheduling, ensuring that product and service standards are up to set standards.
  

Requirements for the position:

• 3 years of previous experience in a full-service restaurant and management level required.
  
• Strong working knowledge of food, local wines, and spirits.
  
• Positive verbal communication skills.
  
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  
• Ability to perform with confidence and efficiency, quickly with grace.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend up to six hours standing/walking.
  
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends required.

• For part-time (Working 30 or fewer hours a week /seasonal employees) - As required under Washington's Paid Sick Leave law, the employee will be accruing 0.025 hours of Paid Sick Leave for each hour worked.
  
• For full-time employees (Working 30 or more hours a week): the employee will be accruing 0.038 hours of Paid Time Off for each hour worked up to 80 hours a year. After 5 years of working with the company, the employee will start accruing 0.057 hours of Paid Time Off up to 120 hours a year.
