High sanitation standards to executing consistent knife work on fresh ingredients

Stays accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Keeps busy with assigned prep and duties of station

Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly.

This role requires the physical stamina to stand for extended periods, handle a high volume of pace, and lift up to 50 lbs.

An active Texas Food Handlers Card is required

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.
