
Looking for a server to work part time (20-25 hrs.) at our cozy little 1960's themed diner! The perfect candidate would be looking to move up and take on more roles including a possible promotion to assistant manager.
Previous experience is also preferred but not required as we offer paid training.
Your average day will consist of a 6 hour shift and involve serving, taking down orders, bussing tables, prepping your station, and making milkshakes or serving alcohol if requested. There are generally two major rushes with the rest of the day being steady work and light prep.
The average server working a 6 hour weekday shift for breakfast/lunch will walk away with $60-150+ in tips each shift. The same server working on a weekend breakfast/ lunch shift will average $100-250+ in tips. This average is based on the servers currently working here across a 6 month period.
