We are looking for a new team member. This position will be a Part-Time night time bartending position with managerial duties. There will be a training period that will last 30 days depending on development.
Qualifications:
- Excellent work ethic
- Passionate about great hospitality
- Must be able to maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times
- Must be positive, professional and work well with others
- Must be willing to help out and exceed your job duties to work as a team
- Skills and attitude that thrive amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy bar
- 2+ years of cocktail bartending
- Managerial experience a plus
- TABC & Food Handler Certified
They will be responsible for all of the following evening duties including:
- Setting the bar and floor for service
- Maintaining inventory levels throughout the evening
- Properly communicating low inventory and the necessary produce for ordering related to prep/service.
- Assisting in the organization and storage of received orders
- Maintaining guest experience at the bar whilst working through tickets for the floor
- Both opening and closing down the bar
- Closing out the day on Toast
Looking for someone who is open to change, new processes, is organized and works with enthusiasm regardless of the task.
Punctuality and attention to detail are two key essentials to be successful within this position.
